NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA. Since community empowerment and participation is fundamental to the rebuilding of New Orleans, we designed this scaffold-based workshop for the Katrina Furniture Project as a manageable kit of parts that can be easily secured and adjusted by volunteers, students, and local craftsmen.
